Health services are one of the means to carry out health development and require health information for every health management process. So that health services can carry out effective and efficient health efforts. One of the uses of information systems, for example, is Maternal and Child Health (KIA) services. The purpose of this study was to determine how to utilize information systems in the health management process to improve KIA services at the UPTD Mampang Health Center. The method used in this study is qualitative research through observation methods, unstructured interviews and document reviews. Research The research was conducted in the Family Health Section of the UPTD Mampang Health Center, Depok City, starting from September 25, 2023 to October 23, 2023. Observations were made by looking at the entire work implementation process in the Family Health section of the UPTD Mampang Health Center, Depok City and interviewing 3 related employees. There are still several obstacles in the use of information systems in KIA services from the aspects of human resources, infrastructure, processes, and organizational support. High workload and lack of human resources, disruptions to applications and internet networks cause the implementation of the information system to be less than optimal. There needs to be an increase in the number of human resources and the implementation of a monitoring and feedback system.
