The application of a good patient safety culture will detect errors that will occur. A patient safety culture will increase awareness to prevent errors, and report any errors. The purpose of this study is to analyze telemedicine in implementing patient safety culture during a pandemic at Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research used is qualitative. This research was conducted at Stella Maris Hospital with 5 patients as informants. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and direct observation. Data were analyzed using source and technique triangulation methods. The results showed that the implementation of a patient safety culture during the pandemic at Stella Maris Hospital was quite good and positive, namely making it easier for patients to obtain health services and reducing patient accidents. This means that the hospital has provided services that are safe and according to the rules by increasing small things that may pose a risk to patient safety, both from the family and the medical team, will do everything properly and correctly. It is suggested for hospital management to increase the use of telemedicine for patients to make it easier for patients to get health services without having to come to the hospital except in emergency cases so that it will have an impact on improving patient safety.
